Mur-lok linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) tubing is constructed of FDA approved materials and has a wide range of chemical compatibilities. This LLDPE tubing has outstanding stress crack resistance and has exceeded 1000 continuous hours of ASTM-D-1693 testing. 

INSTALLATION Reusable Tubing and Fittings:

1. When cutting the tubing make sure the ends are cut squarely. The outer surface of the tube should be clean, smooth and free of scratches.
2. Make sure tubing is fully inserted (even though it may feel blocked) all the way to tube stop.
3. To insure the tube and fitting are fully connected, pull on the tubing to verify that the tubing and fitting are locked.
4. Stainless steel teeth on collet prevent tube from separating from the o-ring and ensures a leak-free seal.

Separating Reusable Tubing and Fittings: to remove the tube from the fitting, push the collet in and hold it, then pull the tubing out.
